Just rescued the following poem from the trash. I had scribbled it on a cocktail napkin and accidentally thrown it out.
Find the road of destiny
uncertainty stabs your back
hesitation bars your way
about to give up
something makes you stay
at least one more day
and the next
and the next
Destination's clear ahead
before you know it
you know you might blow it
but you try anyway.

A great sentiment, succinctly conveyed.
"but you try anyway." Isn't that the point? Even when you don't know where you are going, you have to give it a shot, don't you?
Glad you rescued this little gem from the trash. : )
Havent been to your blog in way too long. I missed it. We all need a bit of poetry for the soul. Thanks for the nourishment!
Thank you Liz! How are you?
